1 kg of pure bliss

Question: What does one do with 1 kg of good Valrhona chocolate?


You know me, how could I resist? I just had to buy this lovely little darling. Well, I say little, I meant enormous. This morning I opened it, expecting to find smaller bars of 200g but instead a GIANT slab of beautiful chocolate greeted me. That's a 23 x 18 x 2 cm slab of cocoa-based goodness, I kid you not.




I have yet to decide on desserts worthy of my lovely chocolate. But once I do.. you'd better be prepared my friend!
